Adding categories to pages

I’m trying to have category display on a main page, Articles in the dropdown menu, with fat loss in the sub menu, I want to have all posts under fat loss display on that specific page. I have created test post and they are categorized under ‘fat loss’ but there is now way for me to add the category ‘fat loss’ to the page ‘fat loss’ so that all written post in the category, display on the page.
The site I need help with is http://www.stuartcampbellfit.com/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
