adding domain name

  i have to wait 60 days until i can transfer over a domain from a different provider that it was registered with, can I build my blog and then transfer it over after the 60 days?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, and yes, you can do that. You can also point your domain nameservers at WordPress.com and use that domain name now as explained in the following support page.

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  That way you could have your new site here show up under that domain name, and then when the 60 days are up, you could transfer the domain name over to WordPress.com.
