adding email subscribers

    I have received email of users wanting to susbscribe to the blog for new post updates. But when I go to the subscribe page, I see no one there. I took the emails and were going to manually add them, but then I get the email that something triggered your security filters. So, how do I get the email subscribers in my blog so that they can receive updates for my posting?
