Adding followers to my blog

  I have a permission based email list that I would like to migrate to my wordpress blog instead of using constant contact. Is there any way to do this besides adding them one by one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Subscribers are in full control of their subscriptions at WordPress.com. There isn’t a way to migrate an email list or automatically add subscribers to your WordPress.com blog. When someone subscribes to your blog via email, they will receive a confirmation email so they can confirm their subscription.

  If you’d like the members of your email list to subscribe to your WordPress.com blog, I recommend sending an email to your list, inviting them to sign themselves up for it. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
