Adding Inline Forms to certain blog posts

    Good morning,

    I have been having trouble figuring out how to add a certain pop up to a blog post. I do not want it in the header, or in the footer, just in the body of the blog post after I place the pins that correspond to the post. I would like to place different inline forms (that are the size & shape of a pop up) to collect email addresses and send digital downloads, but they have to be specific to the content of the blog post. Which plug ins do I need to make this happen, and can somebody please walk me though the process?

    The site I need help with is mirandaeoriophoto.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Since using plugins here requires a paid Business Plan, you’re not likely to find many folks who can offer a recommendation.

    Because of this, I recommend asking over at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/ instead.
