  Unable to add links to posts in Windows 8.1 Preview

  Hi there, thanks for the report. Can you let me know a bit more about what you’re running in to trouble with?

  What happens when you try to add a link? Does it work if you try in a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox? Thanks!

  After clicking the add link icon from the Visual view and I add a link to the selected text I want and click insert. When clicking insert it removes the modal window but doesn’t actually add the link. I have to go into text view to add link (works good from there). Appears to be an issue with IE11 in Windows 8.1 Preview. Tried it in Chrome and worked fine.

  Hi there,

  Because you are using a prerelease version of Windows and Internet Explorer, you may encounter some bugs like the one you mentioned with adding links. We recommend using a stable version of one of the browsers here:

  http://browsehappy.com/

  Since it worked for you in Chrome, that may be a good solution for you until the full release of IE11. I hope this helps! :)
