Adding my domain (from bluehost.com)

  I’m attempting to change my domain name from the worpress.com name to my doamin name that I purchased through my web hosting services at bluehost.com. It seems from the description of the plans that I can add my own custom domain name under the personal plan, but when I try to change my name, it defaults to charging me for premium. Please help!
