  • Unknown's avatar

Hi – there: I just upgraded to kabook-i.com from thebiggreenbag.wordpress.com – I want to have a side bar on my site that links to pages, pdf’s, site links etc (I don’t want a whole pile of pages on the top bar – How do I best achieve this – cheapest and simplest method please – or – how do I put pages/links in the side bar and not in the top bar – as is currently happening
Also – I cant seem to make widgets happen – like the “about.me’ widget – I can’t enter content – cheers

  • Hi there – it sounds like a Custom Menu widget might work for you. You can learn more here:

    Custom Menu Widget

If you have any trouble setting it up, just let me know.

It looks like you’ve been able to add a dozen widgets. Are you still having trouble with the About.me widget? That particular widget is intended to be used if you already have an About.me account – all you have to do is enter your About.me username, and your profile will be displayed. It doesn’t work unless you have an About.me account already, which you can sign up for here: https://about.me/
