How do you add pages to existing blog post?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site currently only has one post on the blog page (and the template/sample “The journey begins”). You can edit your post to add more content or you can write more posts. If you mean you want additional pages on your site as well as the blog page and the contact page see: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
