Adding Plugins to our website

  Hi,
  We are trying to add Plugins to our website, however on the Admin page for http://www.tovagabonds.com , i dont see any option to add new plugins. Also Widgets that can be added to the website are also to be selected from the list that is available on the admin page.
  How can i change my wordpress installation so i am able to add the Plugins and Widgets of my choice?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?
