    When someone tries to become a subscriber, or I try and add an email to my public subscriber list, the error says “invalid email address.” I know the email is valid. Please help.

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    We can only help in this forum with subscribing to sites hosted on WordPress.com, or on stand-alone WordPress sites that are connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack and using Jetpack’s subscriptions feature.

    If you’re using any other subscriptions plugin, please contact support for that plugin directly instead.
