Adding tags to already-published posts

Is there a way to add tags to posts I’ve already published? In my first post, I was prompted to add tags, but now I can’t remember how to add tags. I found some information on adding tags before posting, but I was wondering if there was a way to add tags to already-existing posts in order to generate more hits.
Any advice?

It’s the keywords in your content that generate traffic > Revisiting keywords and Tags from search engines like Google. on the blog tha tags are simply for navigational use by your visitors.
You can edit any post (not page) and add tags if you choose, but do know that if the same keywords in the tags are not found in the content search engine spiders can detect that. There’s a belief that the WordPress.com global tag pages generate traffic. I have been here for almost 6 years and the traffic flow from them to my blogs is negligible.
