adding text to footer

  I can’t seem to find ‘footer’ when I go from Customize to Widgets I wish to write some text down there. Pls I need some guidance – thank you

  Hi there,

  Is this on https://gallimaufryonblog.wordpress.com/?

  Your theme on that site does not have a footer widget area. It only has a sidebar widget area, so that’s the only place where it’s possible to add widgets.
