Adding Users as Admins on my blog?

  I send an email to two people I would like to become admins on my blog. They said they did not receive the invitation in the email inbox. Is it necessary that they have a wordpress account in order to be an admin on my blog?

  The invitation will allow them to open a WordPress.com account if they do not have one, but yes they will need to have a WordPress.com account.

  I recommend re-sending it and asking them to check their spam folders.
