adding users from our corp email group

I want to give access to my blog to all my organisation (7000 users), can I give them access without adding everyone individually ???
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On a private blog, you can add up to 35 users for free (after that it’s a paid upgrade), they each have to have a WordPress.com account and you have to invite them individually.
