Adding vertical line/sidebar in margin that goes to specific anchor point.

  Hi friends,

  I am trying to add a vertical line to the margin of my site. The body of the page is text for a screenplay and I would like the line to indicate where the music starts and stops.

  Does anybody have any suggestions on how to implement this?
