adding video

    Hello, I am trying to add videos to my site and it says it can’t download any. I understand that premium level must be purchased in order to add videos…it says on my webpage that we are at premium even though I know we haven’t paid for premium. I can’t upgrade to premium because the webpage believes I am already at premium. Can someone please help with this so we can update our website and add video to it?

    Hi Jennette,

    Are you working on http://majurocoopschool.wordpress.com? That site is on our premium plan, yes, but your account doesn’t own the plan. As you are an admin on the site, you should still be able to upload videos, though.

    Can you tell me the exact steps you’re following to add the video, and the exact text of the error you’re seeing?
