Adding video to header instead of an image

  I am trying to see if I can have a video play in the place of the header image on a new page. I would like it to play like a slide show on repeat when people enter the page. I currently have it as an m4v. Is this possible for the free version of wordpress?

  Sorry but the answer is no. Each theme is uniquely designed and what you ask for is not available.
