Adding visual material to the post

    Dear WordPress,

    When writing a blog I am trying to add pictures, charts, tables etc that I sometimes take from the Internet and sometimes write myself. In both cases, when I try to add them to the post the result is that the image does not appear but only a link or some generic string. I tried with the “Add Media” function and had the same results. What would you suggest to do. Thank you in advance for your help Riccardo

    Describe the procedure you use to add an image to the post. Describe it exactly, including pasting the codes you use.
