I have a feature on my website http://www.vendortube.com which allows users to post adverts along with details, contact information, images and more. After a few updates, a customer contacted me to let me know that they were trying to post an ad but they were unable to add photos or their products. When I looked at the problem I realized the button to browse and upload images no longer works. I try to click it and the mouse cursor says (Javascript) what is the cause?

Hi @myvendortube, these forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
You’ll likely get the most help contacting support for your plugin that adds this feature.
