adjusting column and sidebar width in Forever Theme

    I am helping a friend build her blog and we are using your Forever theme. She wants to expand her column width and shrink the sidebar width. I am not well versed in code and so I do not really know how to do this. Is there anyway you could assist me with this? I would be so appreciative.
