Adjusting text size and spacing in heading box not working

    I am in
    Heading block – heading settings – typography.
    Using Ronneby Theme.
    Tying to decrease font spacing in title.
    Trying not to decrease letter spacing in subtitle.
    I want both to be the same font size.
    Despite trying multiple variables, I cannot achieve what I want.
    I’m new to wp, but need to get up to speed quickly.
