Admin Access

    Current admin is unavailable and I am not able to gain access to my site’s admin. Requesting access in order to transfer domain to another hosting site.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You would need to reach out to the hosting provider to help get that configured to what you require.

    To re-assure you, it doesn’t sound like anything is lost, but just not visible under the domain yet. The hosting provider would be best placed to advise on this.
