Admin account cannot be accessed

  Hello,
  We added our company Publicist to the this wordpress account as an admin. Today, the platform is no longer recognizing her email.

  Please advise on how to regain access.

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
