  . If I delete the admin, does it delete the work he did? 2. An user assigned as “editor” has the provileeges to code and make changes to the theme?
  3. I want to give access to a 3rd party to make code changes to my website but I don’t want them to have access to sensitive data, what user access can I give the coder?

  If you’re referring to the site that’s connected to your WordPress.com, then that site is not hosted here on WordPress.com.

  To get help with that you need to post in the WordPress.org support forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
