Admin Ajax Issues

Hello we are having and issue with the admin ajax with the plugin Mailchimp for Woocommerce. We reached out to mailchimp and they came back with this message.
Thanks for bearing with me on this, I’ve been checking it out with a colleague to get a second pair of eyes, but this isn’t anything that we’ve seen before unfortunately. We’ve been doing some searching, but based on what we can find, admin-ajax.php is a file included with WordPress that plugins use. The message you’re seeing suggests there’s an issue with accessing that file. Since our integration requires it, it’ll be important to determine why that file can’t be accessed. It looks like some security packages on your WordPress server could block access to it, but we can’t say for certain if that’s what’s happening here.
