admin bar not showing up while editing website

  when im editing i don’t see the admin bar.

  also i don’t have a plan so i cant install plugins

  Thanks for the screenshot!
  This is the expected view when editing a page. You can click on the W logo in the upper left corner to exit the editor and see all options.
