  Hi. I work for the restaraunt associated with the domain roosterkitchen.ca and we can’t log in to update our website.

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Have you tried logging in via https://roosterkitchen.ca/wp-admin – what error messages have you come across exactly?

  The reason why I ask is because, although the site is not hosted on WordPress.com, we’ll do our best to provide some information that may help.
