admin dashboard critical error

Hello! I recently found that my website no longer loads and instead says there is a critical error.
I read through the support documentation for this error and would like to deactivate my plugins, but my admin dashboard also gives a critical error, so I can’t get into the plugins list to deactivate them.
Could someone please help me either access my admin dashboard or deactivate my plugins to hopefully resolve the critical error? Thank you!

Hello! Turns out all I had to do was go to phpadmin in order to turn off the plugins, doing that fixed everything! If anyone has the same problem in the future, just go to phpadmin on your hosting provider and do the steps here:

active_plugins didn’t show up for me immediately, I had to go to the dedicated search tab and look for it there. Hope it helps!
