  I have attempted to change my admin email address multiple times and it keeps defaulting back to a different email address. Can someone assist me in getting this changed?

  What is the email address you are trying to change your WordPress.com account to?

  Feel free to type it into your reply, we have software in place that hides it from the public, but staff can see it. We’ll take a closer look and see why you are not able to change that, thanks!
