Admin email address

    Hi,

    We had our website designed by someone else back in June 2021. The designer used his own email address as the admin for the website. We have tried to change the admin email address to our own but the verification emails are still being sent to the designers email address and he won’t respond to us when we message him asking for him to resolve this. How do we go about changing this?

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
