    we would like to change the admin email address, because (email visible only to moderators and staff) is not working in our company anymore.
    How can we change it to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    We tried but she or any other email does not receive the conformation email that is promised by the system.

    First things first: are you talking about a wordpress.com account or a website? If so what is the URL of the site you are talking about?
