Admin Email Change

  I’m trying to change my admin email address but WordPress is NOT sending the email to change the address. I have no way to contact WordPress now my site has crashed and it’s stating check your site admin email box for instructions. How can I receive the “change of email address” email to my NEW email because I have no way of accessing my website.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the admin email for https://hgcapparel.com/? That email is sent by your WordPress installation on your hosting provider’s server. It has nothing to do with your WordPress.com username account, so we’re not able to help with this.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
