  I started a wordpress blog and have an admin on my site that is not me

  Correct account: Yes

  As you are the owner of the site, you can remove that ‘admin’. Next step is to change your password to a strong password and activate 2FA. Also avoid the use of public computers and open free wifi when you log in to your site.
