Admin log in error

  Currently wordpress is not allowing for me to log in to my website innerhealthfreak.com normally through my wordpress log in i could go to my account by clicking my site and my website the one I pay monthly for shows up. Now it is only showing on my profile a link to my site not the editor my site. Under ‘Manage which sites appear on your profile’ my website shows up. Even though this is the case it keeps saying I don’t have any sites to manage on the ‘my site’ tab which is not true. Any help would be greatly appreciated

  Hi yaranegrete,

  innerhealthfreak.com is connected to a different WordPress.com account — which is why it isn’t listed in the My Sites area of your yaranegrete account. You will need to login to the account Jetpack was connected to in order to manage the site.

  Thank you for replying! If my wordpress account is connected to a different account and I don’ t know what it is how would i go about finding that. My email (email visible only to moderators and staff) doesnt let me log in. Where as my personal email would. Since its the yaranegrete account it isnt the right one. I’ am with host gator I dont know if by going to the cpanel I would be able to find this out. Thank you so much so far

  Hi yaranegrete,

  I’ve checked innerhealthfreak.com again today and there is no longer a working Jetpack connection for the site (it was previously connected to negreteyara). Are you able to connect the site to your yaranegrete account now?
