Admin Log in – need to reset

I am trying to log into the admin side of my blog. It’s been a long time since I’ve used it. None of my email addresses are working to reset the password.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://www.core-changes.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
