Admin Log In troubles

  Hi there,

  I’ve been having troubles reaching the /wp-admin page for my site. I was wondering what could be causing this?

  Hi there,

  What in particular are you seeing when you try to log in? Is it saying that the password is invalid? I would suggest changing the login credentials.

  If you know the current password for your account, you can change it by following these instructions below:

  You can also change your password from the Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/security

  If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:

  http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Please carefully follow the instructions. You’ll receive an email during the reset process, so make sure that you read it for instructions. If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam folder, as well, because the confirmation email can end up there.
