Admin login error

    When I try and login to my site via wp-admin, I get this message…

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘, expecting ‘)’ in /home/content/64/11749564/html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-layout-extras/includes/admin/gle-admin-extras.php on line 173

    Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it??
