  I am not able to make any pages in the website as it keep redirecting me to a page where i find these

  I don’t want to update my wordpress..how can i resolve this issue?

  It’s obvious you are using the self-hosted wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
  The only solution is updating to wordpress 5.1. It is very unsafe to not run the most recent wordpress.org version as your site is vulnerable for hacking.

  after clicking on theme options when i inspect the admin page this error shows
