Admin page problem

  We are unable to change the stock quantity, shipping among other things on the product edit page. Any ideas why this happened? We didn’t do any updates.

  Can you share the URL of your website?

  It sounds like you may be referring to a site using the open-source WordPresssoftware but hosted with another webhost.

  We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
