Admin Password Reset

    I need assistance with successfully accessing my WordPress portal on my laptop. I have used the reset password function several times today, which will allow me to log into the portal on my mobile device. However, when I attempt to login on my laptop with the same login information, I am prompted that the information is incorrect. I have been locked out of my account on my laptop, but can still operate from my mobile device with the same login information. Please contact me via phone to help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
