  How do I become an admin for my own blog?

  If you created the blog, you are already the admin.

  If I’m the admin in which it seems, then why can’t I change the look of my blog… It won’t allow my to get the upgraded bundle for some reason.

  Depends where you’re located. If you’re in Nigeria, for instance, it won’t accept payment. I’ll flag this thread for staff attention.
