Admin Rights – Admin no longer with firm

  Hello. The person who created our website as Admin is no longer with our firm. i dont have their log in information. i have log in information but no admin rights. How can i find help to reassign the admin rights so i can update our page theme? Thank you in advance!

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to? Is it a WordPress.com hosted site? I’d be happy to look into this and point you in the right direction.

  That site is not hosted with us, so we have no control over it, nor any info on who owns it.

  Please contact support at Siteground.com for help with this. If you’re able to gain access to the hosting account with them, you’ll then be able to reset the password for the site admin account as per the instructions for the open source WordPress software you’re using on that site:
