    Would like a member of our guild to be able to send and receive email. What user title would be appropriate?

    Hi there,

    We don’t provide email services on WordPress.com, so no user role on your site would give any user the ability to send or receive emails from your site.

    They’ll need access to your email account to do this, which I would not recommend at all, unless it’s a dedicated shared email address that is not associated with any online accounts you have, including your WordPress.com account.
