  I can’t get into any of the admin pages (Users, Comments etc). I just get a message ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one?’

  This usually happens when your site is connected to another account of yours. As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site by using the Transaction ID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
