    I purchased a wordpress hosting plan from name.com but wordpress still wants me to upgrade. How do I use my paid plan?

    Hi there,

    No hosting plan that you bought from another hosting provider can have any effect on your WordPress.com site at http://hairtheorynn.wordpress.com/

    The hosting plan you bought from Name.com allows you to install the open source WordPress.org software on their servers, and use that to build a site with them.

    If instead you want to make use of WordPress.com’s paid features on your WordPress.com-hosted site, you’ll need to buy one of our plans for that site.
