  If you are accepted into our WordAds program, ads will appear on your site no matter where in the world you or your site’s visitors are located.

  Do note that advertisers tend to pay more to show ads to visitors based in the US than in other parts of the world, and if your site is in Vietnamese, further limiting the audience, you’re not likely to see very high earnings, even if your site has a significant amount of traffic.
