Hi there,
Sometimes, we display advertisements on WordPress.com sites, in order to keep free features free. We try to make the ads discreet and to only run them in limited places.
These are ad partners from the Automattic Ads Network. More information here:
To entirely eliminate ads on your blog, you can purchase a WordPress.com Personal, Premium, or Business plan. You can read more about what is included in our plans here:
Thanks!

My site is a .org and the ads run in all the recently posted articles. I have had these site for years and never had these types of ads show before a month or so ago. educationviews.org

Since the site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com, we don’t have access to the backend of your site and are unable to assist you directly.
However, I did visit your site and I don’t see any ads on my end. You may have some malware on your computer or an browser extension that is causing the ad to appear on your site. Try visiting your site on another computer or browser to see if you still see the ads.
I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:

Okay, I do not see that ad on this end. It definitely looks like possible malware. I would contact your host and see if there is anything they would recommend. I would recommend download some adware removal software if you do not have any installed already.
Thanks,
