Ads shown at top of pages and to logged in readers

    I’ve always appreciated how WordPress managed to incorporate their ads into my blog without them being intrusive. Yet when I logged in today, I suddenly began seeing ads at the top and bottom of every page. I also see them when I am logged into WordPress. All the documentation I’ve found promises that ads will be placed at the bottom of pages and will not be shown to logged in readers. Whats up? Has there been a policy change?
