ads still appearing

  I payed for an upgrade to elimate ads and to be able to customize my site. Ads are still appearing on my blog to me at least. Help.

  Hi there – I’m not seeing any ads on your site. It sounds like your browser may be infected with malware/adware. Are you seeing the ads in a different browser?

  Would it be possible to upload a screenshot of the ads you’re seeing, to help in troubleshooting?

  You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library so I can see it.

  Thanks for the screenshot. I can tell from the words “ads not by this site” at the bottom left that this ad is coming from some malware in your browser, and not anything placed there by WordPress.com.
